Mark D. Press is of counsel to the firm and has over 42 years of litigation experience as a civil trial attorney. A resident of the South Florida area since 1951, Mr. Press is well acquainted with the prominent legal issues facing South Florida residents and visitors.

Mr. Press works almost exclusively representing injured people who sustained personal injury by the wrongful or negligent conduct of others, including medical malpractice, auto accidents, slip and fall accidents, premises liability, cruise ship passenger injury cases, and many other types of injury claims. He has tried over 75 jury trials to verdict and has obtained many verdicts and settlements in excess of $1,000,000.00 for his clients. Born in Philadelphia, he received his Juris Doctorate from John Marshall School of Law in Chicago and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Florida.

Mr. Press is a member of the Florida Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, and the Florida Justice Association. Mr. Press is admitted to practice in all of the State Courts of Florida, including, the Circuit, County and Appellate Courts. Mr. Press is also admitted to practice before the following bars of the United States District Court: Southern District of Florida, Middle District of Florida, Central District of California as well as the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.
