Donald T. Norton has been practicing law since 1984 and handles both pre-litigation and litigation personal injury cases. Don has successfully tried over 65 cases to verdict. He has obtained numerous multi-million-dollar verdicts in products liability, medical malpractice, and automobile accident cases. Don joined Ansel & Miller in 2020, having previously served as a partner at a major South Florida personal injury firm. Now, as a partner at Ansel & Miller, Don has continued to obtain multi-million-dollar settlements. In June of 2025, Don assisted in the settlement of a motorcycle accident case resulting in a leg amputation for $8,000.000.00. Don earned his Juris Doctorate from Nova University Center for the Study of Law. He is admitted to practice in all Florida State Courts. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, is Martindale-Hubbell AV-rated and distinguished in legal ability and ethical standards, and was an invited speaker at a Florida Bar Seminar on the effective use of appellate counsel at the trial level. Don was born in Miami, Florida, and is a sports enthusiast, regularly attending Miami Dolphins, Miami Heat, and Miami Marlins games.
