Jon A. Zepnick has been practicing law since 2002 and represents clients in both pre-litigation and litigation personal injury cases, specializing in negligent security, automobile negligence, premises liability and civil rights. Jon began his career in Florida handling insurance defense cases. He later returned to New York where he worked as a trial attorney representing victims of automobile negligence and premises liability. In 2006, he moved back to south Florida. Over the years, some of his newsworthy cases have been featured in The Miami Herald, WSVN-7 and numerous other media and television networks. Jon earned his Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School in New York. He is admitted to the Florida Bar, New York Bar, Wyoming Bar and the United District Court of the Eastern District of Wisconsin. Before attending law school, Jon was a Private Investigator working with both Plaintiff and Defense lawyers assisting in all phases of a case, from inception through trial. Jon has three rescue dogs and kickboxes multiple times a week.
