Michael Palahach, III, has been practicing law for over 50 years and specializes in litigation, with a particular emphasis on jury trials and Federal Court litigation. Mike has been recognized by numerous national review boards in the industry and has received many prestigious awards. Mike is admitted to all Florida State Courts, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida, and the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida. He is certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, is a member of The Trial Lawyers Section of The Florida Bar, and is also a Certified Circuit Civil Mediator. Mike earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida, Fredric G. Levin College of Law, where he played for the Florida Gators football team from 1966 to 1969.
